Because all of our products are natural and sizes/appearances can and will vary sometimes from what is pictured, we urge you to first buy a small sample of the product you want before making a large purchase. Doing this will assure that you are 100% happy with what you need, and if you don't like the small sample, you can return it for a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

The following items cannot be shipped out of the USA: Pink Queen Conch, Pink Conch Roller, Pink Queen Conch Horn, Gigas Clam, Sea Horse, Coral, China Clam, or Bear Paw Clam.
WHEN WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER NO SAME DAY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. However, we will make every effort to expedite your order as quickly as possible from taking the order, processing and verifying the payment to the final shipment of your order. We ship Monday - Friday (Excluding all U.S. holidays and weekends). If you have questions on this, you will need to call or email us http://www.shelloutlet.com/contact.html. We typically ship within 3-7 business days (excluding all US holidays and weekends) of receipt of your order, excluding transit time.
The estimated ship cost shown at checkout may be adjusted up or down to reflect actual shipping and handling charged by the carrier. Please note that we will charge or credit you any applicable adjustment at fulfillment. We will ship the cheapest, but safest way. We are not responsible for Custom or Duty Fees.
Returns: To return a product, you will need to contact Caribbean Imports at email@example.com for authorization to return and to get a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Returns without a RA# will be refused and returned to you at your expense. RA's ARE ONLY GOOD FOR 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE ISSUE DATE (allowing time for delivery). Return merchandise in its original packaging with shipping prepaid and insured against loss. There is a 25% restocking fee deducted for returned (NOT EXCHANGED) merchandise. MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN RESALEABLE CONDITION, OTHERWISE WE CANNOT REFUND YOU.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, you will need to contact Caribbean Imports within 15 business days of receipt of merchandise. You are responsible for freight both ways and any additional due if the product costs more than the original. If there is credit due, we will issue back to your credit card.
Breakage Claims: Contact Caribbean Imports immediately (WITHIN 24 HOURS) at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is damage. Don't return broken items, it will void the refund/replacement opportunity. We will arrange for the carrier to inspect the damage and then refund/replace accordingly.
Sales Tax: Florida residents will be charged sales tax unless you fax us a signed copy of a valid Resale Certificate. Fax certificates to Caribbean Imports: (866) 369-0047
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: At times we run out of stock on items, which may not always reflect in the online store. If we do have items from your order in stock, we ship it, minus ANY out of stock items. Check back in 4 weeks for status on out of stock items. We do not back-order.
Improper Address Fees: If you give us an incorrect address, we will charge you the then current carrier rate charged for finding and rerouting the package to the correct address.
