Caribbean Imports have been in business since 2003.
Because all of our products are natural and sizes/appearances can and will vary sometimes from what is pictured, we urge you to first buy a small sample of the product you want before making a large purchase. Doing this will assure that you are 100% happy with what you need, and if you don't like the small sample, you can return it for a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

WE SHIP WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. NO SAME DAY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. IF YOU NEED IT SOONER, YOU WILL NEED TO EMAIL US AND REQUEST THAT WE MOVE YOUR ORDER UP THE LIST AND WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS, OTHERWISE WHEN WE SHIP IT WITHIN THIS STATED TIME FRAME WE WILL USE THE SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOOSE TO BUY AT CHECKOUT.
Caribbean Imports normally ships within 5-7 business days from receipt of order, sometimes sooner. Sorry, no same day shipping is available. Once your item is processed within this stated time frame, it will ship the method you choose. NO SAME DAY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE.
PLEASE NOTE: Freight price on the website is approximate and may be adjusted to allow for oversize boxes, home deliveries and/or other factors not allowed for by limitations of our eCommerce shopping cart system.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: If you choose to pay with PayPal, the approximate rate is adjusted to $13.50 for United States. This may be adjusted to allow for oversize boxes, home deliveries and/or other factors not allowed for by limitations of our eCommerce shopping cart system, and in this case we will email you a PayPal invoice for you to pay for that additional freight.
FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: shipments outside of the United States freight will be charged at time of fulfillment. If you choose PayPal to pay, the freight will be estimated at $30.00. Freight may be adjusted to allow for oversize boxes, home deliveries and/or other factors not allowed for by limitations of our eCommerce shopping cart system, and we will send you a PayPal invoice should this be the case.
Other Terms and Conditions Applying to Your Order
Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by sending an email with order number to Caribbean Imports.
Returns: To return a product, you will need to contact Caribbean Imports at imports@shelloutlet.com for authorization to return and to get a RA# within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Returns without a RA# will be refused and returned to you at your expense. RA's ARE ONLY GOOD FOR 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE ISSUE DATE (allowing time for delivery). Return merchandise in its original packaging with freight prepaid and insured against loss. There is a 25% restocking fee deducted for returned (NOT EXCHANGED) merchandise. FREIGHT IS NOT REFUNDED. MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING OTHERWISE WE CANNOT REFUND YOU. All Service fees are non-refundable (drilling, glittering, sand dollar hardening).
Exchanges: To exchange an item, you will need to contact Caribbean Imports within 15 business days of receipt of merchandise. You are responsible for freight both ways and any additional due if the product costs more than the original. If there is credit due, we will issue back to your credit card.
Breakage Claims: Contact Caribbean Imports immediately (WITHIN 24 HOURS) at imports@shelloutlet.com if there is damage. Don't return broken items, it will void the refund/replacement opportunity. We will arrange for the carrier to inspect the damage and then refund/replace accordingly.
Sales Tax: Florida residents will be charged sales tax unless you fax us a signed copy of a valid Resale Certificate. Fax certificates to Caribbean Imports: (866) 369-0047
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: At times we run out of stock on items, which may not always reflect in the online store. If we do have items from your order in stock, we ship it, minus ANY out of stock items. Check back in 4 weeks for status on out of stock items. We do not back-order.
Improper Address Fees: If you give us an incorrect address, we will charge you for what the shipping carrier charges for finding and rerouting the package to the correct address.

Weights and measures---are relatively approximate.
Colors---may vary due to the nature of the items.
